The Vidami Blue is one of the best purchases I’ve made to help me learn new songs and licks, and help with guitar lessons. I’ve been using it with Truefire to learn the solos for the song “Amie” and plan to use it with their licks videos. I’m also using it with YouTube via the Safari browser, along with sheet music, to learn the songs “Breezin’” and “I Ain’t Got Nothing But the Blues.” It is extremely convenient, faster and much more accurate to have a foot controller and loop a specific section of a song, instead of trying to put your finger on the little red dot 🔴, guess how far to back it up and keep doing it over and over. I like to slow down the bars I’m working on, then gradually increase the speed as I get the hang of it. The Bluetooth feature means one less wire on the floor and one more available outlet on my power strip. This product is built like a tank, with the solid metal construction comparable to the best guitar pedals. I have communicated with Wayne and can vouch for the customer service. Although Amy is better looking 😬😆, Wayne impresses me as extremely honest and sincere, and as a genuinely nice guy. I have no doubt they will back up their product. I mentioned guitar effects pedals above. Many people have blown money on effects pedals that they really didn’t need. And many in that same group probably have several pedals that they don’t use sitting in a drawer or box. Trust me when I tell ya that you are better off spending your cash on either version of the Vidami than any guitar effects pedal. I also plan to use my Vidami Blue to scroll hands-free thru music on iReal Pro and other platforms when I’m playing out. It is an excellent tool that will aid my practice and learning, as well as live performances. 👍🏼
I wish it would work with all YouTube apps,(safari only) but other than that,it does exactly what it’s advertised to do, help you learn songs quickly off YouTube! Must have for everyone in a cover band!! 👍🏽
