Outstanding Product / Stellar Customer Service

The Vidami Looper is outstanding, very easy to use , a fun way to learn guitar using instructional videos or following sheet music . As an older man I struggle at times with tech issues but Vidami Customer Service answered my problem and guided me right thru it . In today’s world that speaks volumes. Thank You Vidami !

Superb

The Vidami is one of those things that I didn’t know i needed till i got one, as soon as i did then it turned into one of those things I wouldn’t want to do without, it’s simple but brilliant. On another note, I’m in the UK and ordered it on Monday and it was on my doorstep by Thursday lunchtime, shipping was very reasonable too

Nice solid unit

Received the unit, followed directions, downloaded the browser extension (in my case I got the Chrome extension although I use the Opera browser), plugged it into the USB port, loaded up a YouTube video and this thing works flawlessly.
I was surprised at the customs fee ($31cdn), not the fault of Vidami
I plan to add rubber feet to the bottom.
All in all, very satisfied with this purchase

Worth the price but a few minor comments

I have had the Vidami for about 2-3 weeks now and see it as a valuable tool. Still a couple comments and/or suggestions that, in my opinion, would make it better.

First-when playing a loop the unit sometimes pauses in between playbacks. At the end of a loop it sometimes stops for maybe 3, 4, 5 seconds or so before it starts the loop over again. It only happens sometimes, not all the time, and seems more likely to happen with short loops, say 5 seconds or less.

Second-I wish there was a way to "fine-tune" the punch in/out" sections of a video. For example I may punch in a loop at the beginning of a 12-bar section and punch out at the end, but the points may not give a smooth transition when ending one loop and playing it again. If I could "fine tune" the punch in points or punch out points where I could continue playing without having to adjust my timing that would be great (and I may get better at hitting the precise points as I use the unit more).

Neither of these points are deal breakers. I am very happy with the Vidami and glad I purchased it.

Just what I've been wating for!

For years I've loved all these great guitar teachers on Youtube; so many of them do great camera work and give detailed breakdowns. One thing was missing-the ability to loop. With the Vidami, I can loop, pause, slow down and go back and forward without taking my hands off the guitar! I have also been using the Vidami with Active Melody and Truefire. My learning experience has been taken to a higher level. Inspiring!

Don't take our word for it
