If you're having problems with your Vidami pedal, reinstalling the Vidami App may resolve the issue.

Reinstalling the Vidami extension in Google Chrome only takes a few minutes. Follow these steps on the computer or Chromebook where you’re experiencing issues.

  7. Drag the “Vidami for Safari” extension to the Trash. You may need to enter your password.
  8. Visit the Apple Store page for the Vidami extension.
  9. Click the button or Cloud icon to reinstall. If you visit the page in Safari, you may need to click a button to go to the App Store before you can reinstall.
  10. Set your permissions to allow access to control Vidami-compatible websites.
  11. Restart your computer.
  12. Open YouTube or your compatible platform of choice and test to see if that resolved the issue.

Note: Apple requires users to set extension permissions manually. The Vidami pedal will not work properly with Safari until you have allowed these permissions. Watch the linked video in Step 8 for a guide to this process.
