A switch broke and Vidami sent me a replacement switch and instructions on how to replace it. While replacing it, the USB jack attachment to the circuit board broke off and you Vidami sent me a return shipping label for the entire until and sent me out a replacement. I have some concerns with how well constructed the unit and its components are, but the company certainly stands behind it which is confidence inspiring. Thank you.
